A relaxed conversation, around thirty minutes. You tell us about your home and what you would like, we listen, share how we work and answer every question. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Absolutely. Many owners start with holiday rentals and later shift to long-term, or vice versa. Your life changes, and our service adapts with it.

We communicate in English and Dutch, and use whichever feels most comfortable for you.
