A Dutch couple on the Costa Blanca, looking after homes like our own.
Almaresa was born from a simple idea: that managing a home abroad should feel reassuring, warm and personal. We are a Dutch couple who chose the Costa Blanca as our home, drawn by the light, the sea, the rhythm of the Mediterranean and a community that quickly began to feel like family.
After years of welcoming friends and family into our own place here, we noticed how often other owners struggled to find someone they could truly trust. Someone who would pick up the phone, drop by when needed, and treat their home with the same care they would. So we decided to become that someone.
We deliberately keep Almaresa small. That way you always reach us directly, and every home we look after gets the attention it deserves. We are personal and approachable, communicate clearly in English and Dutch, live just around the corner, and genuinely love what we do.
Our name brings together alma (soul) and mar (sea), because that is exactly what we hope your home on the Costa Blanca becomes for you: a place with soul, by the sea, that quietly fills you up every time you return.
